What We Do

Business Accelerator is a business advisory firm. Our clients are investors and owners of private and unlisted public companies. We help them make and execute the big decisions associated with:

Business Accelerator is an Accredited Sponsor of the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (“ASSOB”), Australia's largest unlisted securities platform that showcases investment opportunities in high growth unlisted companies. As an ASSOB Sponsor we can help our clients to raise capital, usually from $500,000 to $5 million, within the terms of an ASIC class order.

Based in Sydney, Australia, we have alliances with business advisory partners in 22 countries, as well as working relationships with Australian professional services providers including legal, finance, accounting and management consulting firms.

How We Work

We engage with our clients on business advisory assignments in two ways:

(1) Outcome-based engagements in one or more of the areas listed above; &
(2) On-going advisory services on a retained basis.

In all engagements we align our own rewards with our clients’ success objectives and outcomes.

In each client engagement we form and deploy resources with the skills and experiences required to achieve the success outcomes. These may include advisers with experience in business sales, mergers, acquisitions, offshore negotiations, capital raising, bank relationships, borrowing, as well as dealing with accountants, lawyers and underwriters where required.

To succeed we ensure that our work is fact-based, structured and driven by clear objectives. We look at each business as an integrated unit of capital asset and people operating to achieve the company's objectives, which are measured and quantified in a transparent and consistent way. We explore proven as well as novel solutions that best fit the risk profile of our clients and the available time frame.
